Non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet. $25 monthly fee per cat. $50 monthly for first dog and $35 for the second dog.
Veterinarian statement is required for each pet.
BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof.

Shore Hill Apartments offers surface lot parking for Shore Hill Apartments’ residents. 1 permit per leaseholder, 2 permits max per household.
